Often times the owner and contractor have completely separate agendas and expectations. Successful projects are not the ones that show up in magazines and social media. Budgets must be met, schedules must be maintained, and quality should be as-expected.

RD Building Consultants can assist with all design approach and in specific cases can provide Engineer-of-Record and General-Reaponsible-in-Charge services.
Efficiently work with the respective Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) more commonly referred to as the "Building Department" for approval of building permits.
Construction schedules are notoriously loose. I have the experience to work with the owner and contractor to develop a very realistic and detailed schedule.
While we do not provide cost estimates, we are happy to review the contractor's bid and provide feedback so that there are no surprises along the way.
As contractors complete work, payment is part of the process. We will verify the construction progress such that the contractor is never in a "power position" over the owner.
As crews begin work, management will be needed to ensure the schedule is met and on pace. Having "boots on the ground" is critical in maintaining progress.
Safety is always a concern; having management physically onsite helps to ensure proper protocols are being followed.
